We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, its between 1000 and 1100 sq feet, you have your own walk way up to your door for a little more privacy and a door bell! Gated Community! The office staff is so nice and the grounds are beautiful! Fountains, lakes and flowers cover the grounds. There is a pool with a rock water fall and a spa. The fitness area is amazing! It is its own building with lots of workout equipment, mirrors, free weights, locker rooms, rest rooms, sauna, radio, tvs and so much more! This has been our favorite apartment ever to live in! We are looking for someone to move in on March 1st 2009 or March 15th. The dates are flexible, we can be out when you want to move in, we are just looking for someone to move in feb or march sometime! WE ARE OFFERING TO PAY 1/2 YOUR 1st MONTH RENT *PLUS AN EXTRA $100 TOWARDS RENT FOR WHOEVER WILL TAKE OVER OUR LEASE!! THAT MEANS YOU ONLY HAVE TO PAY $286.14 FOR YOUR FIRST MONTH LIVING HERE!! And last but not least, A few days ago I invited some of my old High School friends over for breakfast! Michael and I made everyone some biscuits and Gravy and then we sat around and talked until aout one!! It was super fun!! I look crappy in this pic because I was cooking all morning and still in my pjs!! All my
