The lease is until July 27th, 2009 in the San Montego Luxury Apartment Complex on Superstition Springs Blvd! (Right across the street from Krispy Kremes!) We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, its between 1000 and 1100 sq feet, you have your own walk way up to your door for a little more privacy and a door bell! Gated Community! The office staff is so nice and the grounds are beautiful! Fountains, lakes and flowers cover the grounds. There is a pool with a rock water fall and a spa. The fitness area is amazing! It is its own building with lots of workout equipment, mirrors, free weights, locker rooms, rest rooms, sauna, radio, tvs and so much more! This has been our favorite apartment ever to live in! We are looking for someone to move in on March 1st 2009 or March 15th. The dates are flexible, we can be out when you want to move in, we are just looking for someone to move in feb or march sometime! WE ARE OFFERING TO PAY 1/2 YOUR 1st MONTH RENT *PLUS AN EXTRA $100 TOWARDS RENT FOR WHOEVER WILL TAKE OVER OUR LEASE!! THAT MEANS YOU ONLY HAVE TO PAY $286.14 FOR YOUR FIRST MONTH LIVING HERE!! Hey girly! Yeah I'm gonna go into the NAVY! AAAAHhh!! I'm so excited! Never thought I'd ever say that about joining the military. It's time for a change though. I'm going to talk to my recruiter again in the morning and turning in paperwork for a background check and for my physical. I'll hopefully get my physical and ASVAB testing done by next week and we'll see how long it takes to get into their medic program. I think it's gonna be longer then I had hoped for cuz they seem to have their medic program closed for the moment. So I'm going into the Delayed Entry Program...if all goes well tomorrow. I might be sticking around still for the next 6 months which I'm not too happy about. But we'll see what happens!

Hey Nicole! I was originally going to be staying in AZ til July and my leae ends in April, so I was going to offer to take over your lease for the last few months...but now I'm leaving May 6th, so now I can;t! Sorry!!! Congrats on the new house purchase tho! Post some pics!!
